Israel plans to merge IAI subsidiary with private firms
Israel plans to merge Elta, the electronic warfare (EW) and radar subsidiary of state-owned Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI), with privately held Koor group companies Elisra Electronic Systems, Tadiran Systems and Tadiran Spectralink.
