Lufthansa is refusing to comment on reports that its main board is poised to give the go-ahead to the common IT platform with its Star Alliance partners United Airlines and Air Canada. The airline says only that this is "still an open issue". The three carriers have been negotiating with global distribution system provider Amadeus for around a year on the project.
