Italian Merger

Italian business aircraft operator Eurofly has merged with CAF, the former flight department of car manufacturer Fiat. The new Turin Airport-based company, which will operate under the Eurofly name, will own and manage a fleet of 18 business jets from its bases in Milan, Florence, Bologne and Treviso.
