Japanese engine tested

Flightstar Sportplanes is flight-testing its IISL two-seat ultralight, powered by the new 45kW (60hp) four-stroke, two-cylinder HKS-700E engine, which was developed by Japan's HKS and marketed by Ellington, Connecticut-based HPower. Features include a vibration-reducing flywheel.
