Herbert Franck has been appointed, to head the new Oklahoma City branch of aircraft sales company, JB&A Aviation, of Houston, Texas. He was previously president of Commander Aircraft, also in Oklahoma, and has held positions with British Aerospace Corporate Jets, Rockwell International's general-aviation division and Gulfstream.
