Kalahari Express

TransNamib, a Namibian state holding company, has taken a 51% stake in financially troubled carrier Kalahari Express Airlines for $584,000, while supplying $1.6 million to replace shareholder guarantees. Existing shareholders will divide up the remaining 49%.
