Keith Mackey has been named vice-president of flight operations at Newark, New Jersey-based Kiwi International Airlines. Founder and president of Heliflight, the largest helicopter flight school in the Eastern USA, Mackey has also held senior positions with National Airlines and Pan American World Airways.
