A South Korean helicopter operator is to establish a scheduled passenger carrier, Kostar Airlines, using Fokker 100s. The start-up has already secured the first of three Fokker 100s it hopes to be operating this year, an ex-Alpi Eagles aircraft due for delivery by early July.
