The Cosmos 3M launch from Plesetsk of a Tsikada navigation satellite on 26 April has been postponed indefinitely while further tests are performed on the booster. The booster failed during the launch last November to place EarthWatch's QuickBird 1 remote sensing satellite into orbit.
