Emirates has extended its co-operation with Lufthansa Technik for landing-gear support.
The Dubai-based carrier has completed "formalisation" of a five-year maintenance agreement for landing gear on classic-generation Boeing 777-200ERs and -300s, says Lufthansa Technik.
It adds that the services cover equipment exchanges and overhauls for 13 shipsets at the MRO specialist's landing-gear shop in London.
Lufthansa Technik has serviced 777 and Airbus A340 landing gear for Emirates since 2005.
In 2014, the two partners signed a 10-year deal covering equipment on 777-300ERs.
