Maintenance tracking
Learjet has unveiled its LASER maintenance-tracking programme following a three-month trial with more than 200 operators. Accessed via modem on the CompuServe on-line service, the LASER identifies upcoming inspections and parts replacements. Learjet will use the system to monitor reliability, with the aim of extending maintenance intervals.
