Malaysian open-skies

Malaysia and the USA have reached an open-skies agreement. Malaysian transport minister Ling Liong Sik says that it is hoped that the agreement will be implemented later this year. The USA has already signed a similar accord with Singapore and is targeting other Asian countries.
