Medium range success

The US Navy has awarded Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical $11.5 million to build six medium-range unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The medium-range UAV is capable of flying at high subsonic speeds at altitudes up to 50,000ft (15,300m) and at a combat radius in excess of 500nm (900km).
