Heico Aerospace has acquired Avitech Engineering, a California-based regional airliner component repair company, and Aviation Facilities, a Florida-based manufacturer of approved replacement parts for commercial aircraft. Overhaul specialist Triumph Group has purchased California-based fluid controls supplier Emco Fluid Systems, and formed EFS Aerospace, with expected annual revenues of $30 million. Moog has purchased the spacecraft antenna pointing and solar array product lines of Tecstar's Electro Systems division, acquired from Honeywell in 1996. Lockheed Martin is to acquire New Jersey-based secure information-technology provider OAO, which had revenues last year exceeding $200 million.
