Malaysian Helicopter Services (MHS) plans to sell its offshore helicopter support operation MHS Aviation to DRIR Equities for a reported M$80 million ($31.7 million) by mid-1997. The announcement follows the recent disposal by MHS of its military-aircraft maintenance company, Airod.
