The PZL-130 is a tandem-seat advanced turboprop trainer originally developed to meet Polish air force requirements.
The aircraft is in service with the air force, with over 40 aircraft having been delivered so far. The company continues to work on modifications and an aircraft with a redesigned tail unit is now in flight test.
The aircraft has six hardpoints under the wing for stores carriage. Machine-gun pods and small bombs can be carried, either for weapons training or for counter-insurgency operations.
