Hans Fischer has become managing director at joint-venture engine manufacturer MTU Turboméca Rolls-Royce (MTR). He replaces Hartmut Tenter, who becomes head of the Turbo-Union RB.199 programme at Munich, Germany. Fischer was most recently head of sales and marketing at MTU Munich.
