Flight Options chairman and chief executive John Nahill has resigned around two years after he joined the Cleveland, Ohio-based fractional ownership company. Michael Scheeringa, Flight Options chief operating officer, has been appointed acting chief executive while a permanent replacement is sought. Nahill was unavailable for comment as Flight International went to press. During his tenure he oversaw the merger of Flight Options with Raytheon Travel Air, in which Raytheon secured a 49.9% interest in Flight Options. In June Raytheon secured a controlling interest in Flight Options, increasing its stake to 65%.
