Nashville Air
David Banmiller has become president and chief executive of US carrier Nashville Air, of Nashville, Tennessee. Founding president Charles Caudle becomes chairman. Banmiller, now president of international aviation and environmental consultancy The Falcon Group, has also served with Trans World Airlines, AirCal and American Airlines.
