China Southern Airlines plans to launch three new international services in the coming weeks.

These are Guangzhou-Wuhan-Dubai service in late November, followed by Guangzhou-Wuhan-Rome and Guangzhou-Christchurch services in mid-December, says the SkyTeam alliance member.

Both the Guangzhou-Chirstchurch and Guangzhou-Wuhan-Rome routes will be operated thrice-weekly.

From 25 October, the airline will also raise frequencies on services to Australia and New Zealand.

The Guangzhou-Brisbane service will increase from five-times weekly to daily, while the Guangzhou-Auckland route will be raised from 10-times weekly to twice-daily.

Its Guangzhou-Melbourne route will be raised from 14 to 18-times weekly, and that the Guangzhou-Sydney route will see a third-daily service.

The carrier adds it will also deploy Boeing 787-8s on the Guangzhou-Perth route.

FlightMaps Analytics shows that China Southern will be the only operator on the Guangzhou-Christchurch, Wuhan-Dubai, and Wuhan-Rome routes.
