India’s SpiceJet will launch four new services from Hubli on 14 May, two of which are under the country’s regional connectivity (RCS) scheme.

The low-cost carrier will launch daily Hubli-Chennai, Hubli-Hyderabad, and Hubli-Mumbai services, as well as twice-daily Hubli-Bengaluru flights.

It is expected that the services will be operated using Bombardier Q400s or Boeing 737s.

Located in the southern state of Karnataka, Hubli will be SpiceJet’s fifth destination under the RCS.

FlightGlobal schedules data shows that it will be only operator on the Hubli-Chennai, Hubli-Hyderabad, and Hubli-Mumbai route. It will compete with Alliance Air on the Hubli-Bengaluru route.
