AerCap has priced its $600 million five-year unsecured notes, after launching the deal earlier today.

The 3.5% senior unsecured notes are due in 2022. FlightGlobal understands that the deal was upsized from $500 million.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners.

Barclays, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Mizuho Securities, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada and Wells Fargo are also acting as joint bookrunners.

BNP Paribas, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Fifth Third Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are also participating in the deal as co-managers, according to a filing released today.
