Aeroflot is set to discuss agreements to lease three Airbus A321neos as well as three A320neos at an upcoming board meeting.

The Russian carrier's board is to meet on 25 October.

Its agenda will include discussion of the operating lease for two new A321neos, with CFM International Leap-1A engines, from SMBC Aviation Capital.

A third A321neo would come from an entity the carrier identifies as GY Aviation Lease.

Aeroflot will also discuss leases of two new A320neos with GY Aviation Lease and a third from SMBC. The A320neos will also be Leap-powered.

The agenda features details of proposals to lease three regular A321s with CFM56 powerplants from Irish leasing entity AS Air Lease 110.

Aeroflot's board will also consider technical amendments to budget carrier Pobeda's agreements for 20 Boeing 737 Max 8 jets, which are set to be taken from SMBC and Celestial Aviation Trading.
