Airbus has secured agreements with GoAir and SriLankan Airlines to utilise the airframer's data platform, Skywise Core.
GoAir will be Airbus' first Indian customer of the product, where the airline will use the platform to reduce operational interruptions and maximise aircraft utilisation and flight operations.
SriLankan Airlines will use Skywise for predictive maintenance on its fleet of A320s and A330s.
Airbus says the Skywise platform enables airlines to integrate their own operational, maintenance, and aircraft data into the Skywise cloud, as well as to access and analyse Airbus' global data.
"This resulting value will provide new insights at aircraft, fleet, company, and global levels while allowing the operators to enhance their operations through access to OEM expertise and global fleet context," says the airframer.
Circium's Fleets Analyzer shows that GoAir operates a fleet of 49 A320-family aircraft, with 114 A320neos on order. SriLankan, meanwhile, operates a fleet of 27 Airbus jets.
