Asiana Airlines has awarded its General Electric CF6 engine service contract to Taiwan-based Evergreen Aviation Technologies (EGAT).
This five-year contract follows the GE CF6 and International Aero Engines V2500 engine overhauls that were initiated in 2004 and 2009, respectively.
EGAT has been servicing Asiana airframes, components and engines for the last 11 years.
