Lufthansa Group's Austrian Airlines is to shuffle its board structure, with new member Thierry Antinori taking the position of chief executive as well as chairman.
Former joint chiefs Andreas Bierwirth and Peter Malanik will become chief commercial officer and chief operating officer of the carrier respectively.
Austrian says the changes will take effect from 1 April. "This is a clear signal for a consistent focusing on customer, market and competition," it adds.
