AVIC International Leasing has opened a $1 billion working capital facility with China Export-Import Bank under a three-year term.
The facility was disclosed by major shareholder AVIC Capital, which is the guarantor for the loan, in a stock exchange statement.
The company says that the loan will be used to expand its scale of assets and improve its financing costs.
Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that AVIC Leasing has 92 aircraft in its portfolio, comprised of a mix of Western and Chinese commercial jets, tubroprops, helicopters and business jets.
