Boeing has chosen the Lockheed Martin Advanced Unitary Penetrator (AUP-3)warhead over the BAE Systems Broach warhead for the AGM-86C Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missile (CALCM).
Industry sources say the decision was a "funding decision" with AUP-3 being cheaper than Broach. BAE will offer Broach for a number of other US weapons.
