Business operator Comlux has ordered three of the corporate version of the Airbus A320neo re-engined jet.

Comlux says the ACJ320neo aircraft will be fitted with CFM International Leap-1A engines and be delivered as “green” airframes – prior to outfitting – from 2019.

The carrier had opted to enhance its fleet last year with the re-engined version of the Boeing 737, with an agreement to take two Max 8 business jets.

Its current fleet under management comprises 20 executive aircraft, including four A320-family jets, an A330, plus a Boeing 767 and 777, and 13 smaller business jets – among them a Sukhoi Superjet 100.

Airbus says the additional three ACJ320neos will be have their interiors completed by Comlux America in Indianapolis.
