■ Russia's Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant is to supply the Croatian defence ministry with 10 Mil Mi-171Sh utility helicopters next year under debt repayment worth an estimated $65 million.

■ Portsmouth Aviation and EDO MBM Technology have won contracts worth £24 million ($45.1 million) and £9 million each to provide, support and repair bomb carriage and release equipment for UK Royal Air Force and Royal Navy aircraft.

■ Elisra will provide radar warning systems for three of the Portuguese air force's 12 EADS Casa C-295 transports and is to supply electronic warfare equipment for South Korea's presidential fleet of three Sikorsky S-92s under deals worth a combined $7 million.

■ Lockheed Martin has received a $6.3 million contract to provide spare parts for the Greek air force's F-16C/Ds.

■ Boeing will remanufacture flight-control surfaces for the US Air Force's KC-135 tankers for $23.3 million.

■ The US Navy has awarded ATK a $21.1 million contract to produce subassemblies for the AAR-47(V)2 missile approach warning system. The deal also covers the provision of equipment for Norway and the UK.
