DeCrane closes Avtech

DeCrane Aircraft Holdings has continued its acquisition spree with a deal to buy Dettmers Industries, a Florida-based manufacturer of motorised seats for corporate jets. DeCrane Group has also completed the acquisition of Avtech, a Seattle-based manufacturer of aircraft electronics, lighting and audio systems.
