German transportation lender DVB Bank has disclosed that it is the sole arranger and lender for the sale-and-leaseback financing of Vietnam Airlines' first Airbus A350-900, which was delivered in October 2016.
Vietnam Airlines is leasing the jet from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise.
The SkyTeam member is also leasing another two A350s from DAE under a three-unit sale-and-leaseback deal.
Law firm Clifford Chance represented DVB while Allen & Overy advised DAE.
