Oneworld carriers Finnair and Qatar Airways have embarked on a codeshare agreement covering a range of connections including the Helsinki-Doha link.
Finnair says the codeshare is effective from 11 October, and follows the opening of a Qatar Airways route to Helsinki.
Its codeshare will apply to Qatar Airways services to Muscat and Bahrain, as well as the Seychelles and Maldives.
Qatar Airways, in turn, will place its designator code on Finnair connections from Helsinki to Stockholm Bromma, Billund, Gothenburg, Riga, Tallinn and Tartu.
