First medevac HondaJet introduced in Hawaii

Honda Aircraft has configured a HondaJet for medical evacuation missions for the first time.

“We are pleased to announce the installation of the first medevac configuration on the HondaJet,” said Honda Aircraft president and chief executive Michimasa Fujino at the NBAA-BACE show today. A mock-up of the medevac cabin is being displayed on the Honda Aircraft booth.

The medevac configuration was installed on a HondaJet Elite owned by Wing Spirit, which is an air ambulance and charter company based in Hawaii.
