Bombardier has completed customer deliveries for both of its latest revamped long range, large cabin business jets, the Global 5000 and Global 6000.
Formerly the Global Express XRS and Global Express, respectively, the new aircraft are fitted with Rockwell Collins' Pro Line Fusion integrated avionics, dubbed the Vision flight deck.

The cockpits feature four 38.4cm (15.1in) liquid crystal display screens and synthetic vision both on the head-down and head-up displays, a first in the industry. The Global 5000 has a 5,200nm (9,630km) maximum range at Mach 0.85 while the Global 6000 can cruise for 6,000nm at the same speed.
Bombardier announced on 28 March that it had delivered the first Global 5000 with the Vision flight deck to Formula 1 champion Niki Lauda, and on 3 April, the company delivered a Global 5000 to Amman, Jordan-based Arab Wings. On 13 April, the company revealed that UK-based Wideworld Services had taken delivery of the first Global 6000 on 31 March.
The company says the Vision flight deck received European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification on 20 February and US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification on 29 February. The upgrade received Transport Canada (TC) certification in June 2011.
