Gulfstream Aerospace has received type certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for its G150 aircraft.
Gulfstream said that it achieved the validation through close coordination with the US Federal Aviation Administration, China's CAAC and the Civil Aviation Administration of Israel, where the G150 airframe is built.
The mid-size jet offers several options to improve safety, including an enhanced vision system II, and a wide area augmentation system-localiser performance with vertical guidance (WAAS-LPV), added the airframer.
In addition to China, the G150 has received type certification from the US, Ukraine, Israel, Chile, the Philippines, Canada, Brazil and the European Union.
