Hong Kong's first regional jet operator, CR Airways, has begun passenger charter flights with a Bombardier CRJ200 leased from GE Capital Aviation Services. It is starting with thrice-weekly charter services between Hong Kong and Laoag, operated for three travel agencies. It plans to add a second CRJ200 by the end of this year and to have another delivered next year.
