ICBC Leasing has appointed former GECAS chairman, president and chief executive Norman CT Liu as a senior advisor to assist with the global expansion of the lessor.
Liu stepped down from GECAS in late 2016 after a 30 year career with General Electric, which included 22 years at the aircraft lessor.
ICBC Leasing is a wholly-owned unit of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
