Aeroflot's low-cost subsidiary Pobeda is to start an Istanbul Ataturk service on 1 December.
The Boeing 737 operator says it will operate daily flights to the Turkish city from Moscow Vnukovo.
Istanbul becomes a second Turkish destination for Pobeda, which already serves Gazipasa thrice weekly.
FlightGlobal schedules data shows Turkish Airlines as a rival on the Vnukovo-Ataturk route. Aeroflot and Atlasglobal meanwhile fly to Ataturk from Moscow Sheremetyevo. Istanbul's Sabiha Gokcen airport is linked to Moscow Domodedovo by Turkish budget carrier Pegasus.
