JetBlue Airways has appointed Edward Baklor as vice-president of in-flight experience, with effect in January 2019.
Baklor joins the New York-based carrier from LaGuardia Gateway Partners where he was chief commercial officer. Prior to that, he worked at WestJet as senior vice-president of guest experience.
In his new role at JetBlue, Baklor will oversee the airline's 5,000 cabin crew members.
