Kamov has shown its Ka-52 two-seat derivative of the Ka-50 Hokum attack helicopter fitted with a mast-mounted "rotodome" intended to house a millimetre/centimetre-wave (MMW) radar. Although the development of the radar has previously been associated with St Petersburg-based Leninetz, Kamov says that the company responsible for the installation is Phazotron. The radar, designated the FH-01, is also known as the Arbalet, or Crossbow, as opposed to Lockheed Martin Longbow MMW radar for the AH-64D Apache. Unlike the Longbow antenna housing, the FH-01 housing displayed does not offer 360¹ coverage. The dialectric panel appears to offer front quadrant coverage only.
