Dubai's financial crisis of 2008-09 may have pressed the pause button on the until then unstoppable growth of the Gulf emirate's economy, but demand for business aviation in the wider region continues to fast-forward. As the Middle East Business Aviation show returns next week to Dubai, 40% bigger than its 2008 predecessor, we look at some of the operators and service providers making the running in the region - from local players to big names from Europe and North America.
