Thai low-cost carrier Nok Air plans to add frequencies on eight domestic services from Bangkok's Don Mueang airport over the next two months.

On 1 December, services to Chiang Rai will go up to thrice daily from twice, Ubon Ratchathani to four times daily from thrice, and Udon Thani to five times daily from four.

Chiang Mai services will increase to nine times daily from six and Hat Yai flights to seven times daily from five.

From 1 January 2013, frequencies to Phuket will increase to thrice daily from twice, Surat Thani to four times daily from thrice, and Nakhon Si Thammarat to five times daily from four.

Flightglobal's Ascend Online database shows that Nok Air operates two ATR 72-200 aircraft, and 12 Boeing 737-400s and -800s.
