■ Air Wisconsin has appointed Vince Portaro vice-president of customer service.

■ EADS is strengthening its management team in the field of technology with two new appointments under its new chief technology officer Jean Botti. Detlef Muller Wiesner has been named chief operating officer innovation with responsibility for planning and executing EADS's research and technology programme. He will also serve as Botti's deputy. Yann Barbaux takes on the role of head of corporate technical capabilities.

■ Raytheon has appointed Tom Vecchiolla to the post of vice-president of business development and strategy for its Integrated Defense Systems business unit.

■ Northrop Grumman has appointed Edward Swallow vice-president of strategic capture and campaigns for its information technology sector.
