Piper Aircraft has selected DeCrane Aerospace and Propel Designs to supply the interior for its PiperJet.
The completion companies will incorporate passenger cabin interior improvements that have been verified by the single-engined proof-of-concept jet, and through consultation with current and prospective customers of the single-engined personal jet.
Piper plans to reveal what the specific PiperJet aircraft interior improvements are during the NBAA business aviation convention in October. The six-seat aircraft is set for service entry in 2013.
