Estonian carrier Nordica has disclosed it will begin summer flights from Tallinn to the Romanian Black Sea resort Constanta and Macedonian city Ohrid next year.

The carrier will operate Constanta flights from 16 June to 29 September, initially once a week before rising to a twice-weekly frequency at the end of June. Weekly flights to Ohrid will run from the start of June to 14 September.

FlightGlobal schedules data for September shows there are currently no scheduled operators on either of these routes.

Nordica's executive director of business development Sven Kukemelk says: "Our goal is to search for different and exciting holiday destinations that could also offer Estonian people the pleasure of discovery."

Kukemelk adds: "A lot of people have been to Paris and Rome, but Romania and Macedonia, with their fantastic nature and culture, are certainly worth visiting."
