Thai Lion Air plans to launch eight-times weekly Bangkok Don Mueang-Hanoi service on 24 March, followed by four-times weekly Bangkok Don Mueang-Nanchang service on 1 April.
The low-cost carrier will deploy Boeing 737s on the two routes.
FlightGlobal schedules data shows that from Bangkok Don Mueang, the airline will compete with NewGen Airways on the route to Nanchang, and with Nok Air and Thai AirAsia on flights to Hanoi.
