Stellwagen Group has lost another two senior executives, with Seraph Asset Management's chief risk officer Edward Hansom and chief commercial officer Edward Coughlan set to leave the group, FlightGlobal understands.

Hansom is also listed as CRO for Stellwagen Capital.

Seraph Asset Management is a subsidiary of Stellwagen Group, which includes Stellwagen Capital and financing arm Stellwagen Finance.

The news follows the departure of StellCap's chief executive Howard Millar, announced 8 September by the company. Scott Corman is replacing Millar effective immediately.

Corman served most recently as executive managing director at ECN Commercial Aviation, the aircraft subsidiary of Canadian asset management firm ECN Capital that Stellwagen acquired earlier this year.
