Vermillion Aviation Holdings, the joint venture between CK Asset Holdings and MC Aviation Partners, has refinanced a $950 million secured finance facility covering 41 Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Credit Agricole and Natixis acted as joint debt co-ordinators for the facility, which was syndicated to 10 banks.

BNP Paribas, HSBC, Citibank, DBS, ING Bank, National Australia Bank, MUFG Bank and Societe Generale acted as mandated lead arrangers.

BNP and HSBC are also acting as hedge counterparties.
