The first of 50 Bombardier Global 5000s and 6000s ordered in November 2012 by Swiss VIP operator VistaJet has been enrolled in the JSSI Platinum engine and auxiliary power unit (APU) hourly cost maintenance programmes.

The $205 million deal, announced at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in May, will cover the superlarge and ultra long-range business jets' Rolls-Royce BR710 engines and Honeywell APUs.

JSSI's Platinum deal includes coverage for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, rental engines, supplemental lift, removal and replacement of engines, shipping and repair, and replacement of life-limited parts.
